The presentation discusses selected research achievements in the field of ergonomics, occupational safety, and organizational management within contemporary manufacturing enterprises. The analyzed scientific output focuses on the implementation of pro-ergonomic projects, the role of safety culture in organizations, and the development of systemic approaches supporting employee well-being and workplace sustainability. Particular attention is devoted to research concerning participatory ergonomics, ergonomics committees, ergonomic risk assessment, and the integration of safety management with project management methodologies. The presentation also addresses studies related to biomechanical workload evaluation and the influence of organizational factors on the effectiveness of ergonomic interventions. The presented body of research demonstrates an interdisciplinary approach combining ergonomics, engineering management, and safety culture studies to improve work organization and support sustainable industrial development. The findings contribute both to theoretical discussions on ergonomics management and to practical solutions implemented in industrial environments.

报告人简介：

Wiktoria Czernecka is currently affiliated with the Faculty of Engineering Management, Poznań University of Technology, Poznań, Poland. She holds the EuroErg certificate, awarded by the Centre for Registration of European Ergonomists (CREE), confirming her professional competence in ergonomics at the European level. Her research interests include ergonomics, safety engineering, risk management, and the implementation of pro-ergonomic projects in production enterprises. She actively collaborates with industry partners and participates in national and international research initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace safety, comfort, and efficiency through the application of ergonomic principles.
