报告摘要:

食物消费处于当代可持续人地互动关系的核心位置,深刻地塑造着环境影响、健康结果以及社会韧性。本报告将介绍相关的多尺度系列研究——从全球格局到家庭及个人行为——以探讨食物消费在不同背景下是如何演变的,以及它如何产生差异化的环境、健康和社会经济结果。该系列研究采用混合方法论,将生命周期评价(LCA)、行为建模及高级数据分析相结合,深入探究了在中国、美国、巴西等不同国家和地区中,环境压力、经济承受能力以及周边环境是如何共同影响食物相关行为的。这方面的工作揭示了可持续性挑战产生与缓解的社会-技术机制,并展现了日常选择在环境与营养权衡上面临的跨国对比。通过整合文化、行为和环境科学的视角,这些学术工作阐明了在不同国家和人群中推动可持续与公平膳食的科学路径。

报告人简介:

Pan He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Geography at the University of Hong Kong. Previously, she was a Senior Lecturer in Environmental Science and Sustainability at Cardiff University. Her research focuses on the environmental and health outcomes of human consumption behaviour, with a particular emphasis on sustainable food systems, climate-related risks, and socio-technical practices. She integrates environmental impact modelling with behavioural scientific methods such as experiments, questionnaires, and interviews to inform policy and systemic interventions. Her research has been published in leading journals such as Nature Climate Change, Nature Food, Nature Sustainability, and One Earth. She has led and co-led internationally collaborative projects funded by major UK and Chinese agencies, including the Royal Society International Exchanges, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, GW4 Generator Funding, and Nanjing University’s International Fellowship for Young Scholars. Her work spans multi-country, interdisciplinary partnerships across the US, the UK, China, and Europe, advancing global understanding of how everyday behaviours shape environmental and health outcomes.
