报告摘要：

When a supplier experiences a disruption, it learns how to better prevent and recover from future disruptions. As suppliers learn to become more resilient, the overall supply network also learns to become more resilient. This research seminar introduces the concept of supply network resilience learning, which we define as the improvement of supply network resilience when suppliers learn from their own disruptions. The analysis integrates agent-based modeling, experimental design, data analytics, and analytical modeling, to investigate how supplier learning improves supply network learning. The study provides a framework that will help practitioners understand the contingencies that influence the effect of supplier learning on the overall supply network resilience learning. This research seminar will also broadly discuss sample research questions in network science in general and supply chain network in specific.

报告人简介：

陈珂栋，复旦大学管理学院本科，明尼苏达大学统计学硕士，明尼苏达大学卡尔森商学院博士，供应链与运营管理博士、博导，现就职于伦斯勒理工学院（Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute）Lally管理学院。主要研究领域：供应网络、创新管理、风险管理、应用人工智能；主要研究方法：实证分析。研究获得阿里巴巴集团、Old Dominion University Research Foundation、RPI Teaching and Learning Collaboratory Board资助。在Journal of Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, Decision Sciences, Decision Support Systems, European Journal of Operational Research等学术杂志发表论文。担任Decision Sciences、Journal of Supply Chain Management、International Journal of Operations and Production Management (IJOPM) 杂志编委会编委。荣获2022年INFORM TIMES最佳工作论文（亚军），2023年Academy of Management OSCM Chan Hahn最佳论文，2024年POMS COE最佳论文（提名），并荣获Old Dominion University Strome商学院Ann Scott Daugherty杰出研究奖。
